This is a senior project course in food and packaging innovation carried out as a transversal course with ArgoParisTech in France in the FIPDes programme. The course gives students practical experience in project management in food and packaging innovation and also understanding and experience in running international projects. The course further provides students with knowledge on the concepts of integrated product and packaging development. The course includes introductory lectures in food, packaging and innovation, but the major portion involves the project work with supervision. In the project the students evaluate and propose a packaging system for a food product developed in parallel at AgroParisTech.
