He has a multidisciplinary approach in research. He has contributed to the following research areas: supply chain strategies, humanitarian logistics, packaging logistics, mass customization in manufacturing, purchase price increases in the supply chain, innovation processes in retail stores, innovation practices in manufacturing, methods and software for packaging.
His areas of interests also include e-SCM, e-logistics, e-commerce, IT innovations in logistics and SCM, social innovation, entrepreneurship, SCM in emerging markets, quality and operations management and sustainable SCM.
