Research on e-commerce returns receives funding
Stefan Karlsson at Packaging Logistics, Design Sciences, LTH receives 2 million SEK in research funding as the Swedish Retail and Wholesale Council (Handelsrådet) rolls out their new postdoc support.

Stefan Karlsson defended his thesis in 2020, on the subject of strategies for consumer returns in e-commerce. His research focuses on consumer returns in digital retail. The goal is to develop new knowledge that will become a basis for trading companies' strategies for managing returns.
