Food and Packaging Innovation

This is a senior project course (MTTN50) in food and packaging innovation carried out in collaboration with ArgoParisTech in France within the FIPDes programme.

In this course, students get practical project management experience in the field of food and packaging innovation. Students also gain understanding and experience in running international projects, and knowledge of concepts for integrated product and packaging development.

The course includes introductory lectures in food, packaging and innovation, but a major part of the course involves supervised project work. In the project the students evaluate and propose a packaging system for a food product which is developed in parallel at AgroParisTech.
